A Diabetic's Journey to Better Health in 2011: Part 1

I have been a type II diabetic for many years, and have taken many combinations of medications. The medications have a lot of different side effects. They can cause diarrhea, stomach upset, swelling, and some have even been known to cause heart problems.

Today at about 2:20 pm my blood glucose level was at 210. I hate taking diabetes medication, but I can’t afford to have my blood sugar this high. I’m going to try to bring it down naturally.
